Ingredients
- sugar syrup 70 grams
- peppermint tea bags 3
- dark chocolate 135 grams
- Flora Professional Plantcream 31 percent 165 grams
Instructions
- Heat sugar syrup and infuse with the tea bags
- When infused take the teabags out and melt the chocolate into the syrup (reheat a little to melt)
- Whip the cream and fold through
- Pour into required mold and allow to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
