    Ingredients

    • sugar syrup 70 grams
    • peppermint tea bags 3
    • dark chocolate 135 grams
    • Flora Professional Plantcream 31 percent 165 grams

    Instructions

    1. Heat sugar syrup and infuse with the tea bags
    2. When infused take the teabags out and melt the chocolate into the syrup (reheat a little to melt)
    3. Whip the cream and fold through
    4. Pour into required mold and allow to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
