Ingredients

  • Tartlets 10
  • kiwi fruit 5
  • icing sugar 125 grams
  • blueberries 300 grams
  • mandarins 5
  • Flora Professional Plantcream 625 ml
  • strawberries 300 grams
  • currants 300 grams

Instructions

  1. Cut strawberries and kiwifruit into pieces, divide the mandarins into marigolds and halve the blueberries with currants.
  2. Fill the tartlets with a prepared mix of fruit and make sure the fruit is evenly distributed.
  3. Add icing sugar to Flora Professional Plantcream for whipping, whisk and fold the beaten cream into an ornate pastry bag with an asterisk nozzle.
  4. Decorate the prepared tartlets to the desired appearance and leave to cool.
