Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream

This is no nice cream - this is rich indulgent everyone-can-eat vanilla ice cream.

    • 5 oz Becel Plant Cream
    • 3 oz water
    • 8 oz granulated sugar
    • Lemon zest to taste
    • 3 g Xanthan gum
    • 1 vanilla bean split and scraped
    1. Combine all ingredients except for the Xanthan gum in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Add the Xanthan gum and mix carefully with a hand blender.
    3. Allow to cool, and then churn in ice cream machine.
