  1. Cake batter
  2. 250 g fine flour
    250 g soft brown sugar
    250 g baking margarine
    250 g whole eggs
    5 g vanilla extract
    5 g orange zest

    Cream the margarine and sugar together, add the flour and eggs and mix until smooth.

  3. Frosting
  4. 500 g baking margarine (at room temperature)
    500 g icing sugar
    200 g Sandwich Delight Nature
    5 g vanilla extract

    Beat all ingredients until light and fluffy.


Bake the cupcakes at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Top the cooled cupcakes with frosting and decorate as desired.
