Vegan vanilla ice cream

This is no nice cream - this is rich indulgent everyone-can-eat vanilla ice cream

    • 575 g Flora Plant Double 31%
    • 100 g Flora Plant Double 15%
    • 140 g sugar
    • 1 g lemon zest
    • 300 g soy milk
    • 3 g lemon juice
    • 1 g Xanthan gum
    • Seeds from 1 vanilla pod
    1. Combine all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a simmer.
    2. Allow to cool, and then churn in ice cream machine.
