
Vegan vanilla ice cream
This is no nice cream - this is rich indulgent everyone-can-eat vanilla ice cream
- 575 g Flora Plant Double 31%
- 100 g Flora Plant Double 15%
- 140 g sugar
- 1 g lemon zest
- 300 g soy milk
- 3 g lemon juice
- 1 g Xanthan gum
- Seeds from 1 vanilla pod
- Combine all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a simmer.
- Allow to cool, and then churn in ice cream machine.
