Vegan Alfredo Sauce

Creamy Alfredo Sauce

  • Servings4
  • 2 oz Flora Unsalted Plant Butter
  • 1 Garlic clove smashed
  • 1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
  • ¼ tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Violife Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Flora Multipurpose Crème
  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.
  2. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through.
  3. Add lemon juice, and stir in parsley, season with salt and pepper and serve.

Serve with a vegan pasta or as a pizza sauce.
