- 2 oz Flora Unsalted Plant Butter
- 1 Garlic clove smashed
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
- ¼ tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Violife Parmesan Cheese grated

1 cup Flora Multipurpose Crème
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.
- Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through.
- Add lemon juice, and stir in parsley, season with salt and pepper and serve.
Serve with a vegan pasta or as a pizza sauce.
