
Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream
This is no nice cream - this is rich indulgent everyone-can-eat vanilla ice cream

17.5 oz Flora Multipurpose Crème - about half the pack
- 12.3 oz water
- 8.8 oz sugar
- Lemon zest to taste
- 1 g Xanthan gum
- 1 vanilla bean split and scraped
- Combine all ingredients except for the Xanthan gum in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
- Add the Xanthan gum and mix carefully with a hand blender.
- Allow to cool, and then churn in ice cream machine.
