Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add 1 lb of fettuccine pasta.
While the pasta is cooking, melt 4 tablespoons of Violife Plant Butter in a wide sauté pan. Once the Plant Butter is melted, add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté on medium-high heat until golden brown and fragrant.
Add 1⁄2 cup of white wine and reduce the sauce until totally dry.
Add 2 cups of Violife Just Like Heavy Whipping Cream to the pan along with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of ground mace. Stir until the sauce is reduced by half.
After 8 minutes, take the pasta out of the boiling water and reserve 1⁄2 cup of pasta
water. Add the cooked pasta to the saucepan.
Add 1 cup of grated Violife Just Like Grated Parmesan and 1 teaspoon black pepper to the pan. Cook in the sauce for an additional minute, tossing frequently and slowly adding pasta water as needed for consistency.
Taste for seasoning and add 1 cup of finely chopped parsley.
Divide into four bowls, add Violife Just Like Grated Parmesan to taste, and enjoy!
