  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sauté grils, chili, and salt in the olive oil until they are supple and tender. Set aside once done.
  3. Combine cornmeal, baking soda, egg, and chili oil and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in one cup of Violife Just Like Cheddar Shreds.
  5. Grease the muffin pan, and fill each tin to the fill line.
  6. Sprinkle on remaining Violife Just Like Cheddar Shreds and bake until cooked and golden, 13-16 minutes.
  7. Cool and enjoy!
